It’s an ambitious goal, and we’re always working on it – HR Atlantic (formerly HRA) has been effecting positive change in workplaces throughout Atlantic Canada and elsewhere in North America since 1998. We help these workplaces to work better every day, and we have our clients’ success stories to show for it.

HR Atlantic’s consultants are highly experienced in the often challenging arenas of human resource management and labour relations. We apply this experience to our work with public and private sector clients – from small non-profit organizations to large national organizations.

Our Team

HR Atlantic’s strength is anchored by our team of passionate and knowledgeable consultants. We have the depth to apply the right mix of talent and experience to solve the complex problems faced by our clients. To do this effectively, we must wear many hats; as senior managers, strategic planners, trusted counsel, trainers, pension and benefits advisors, chief negotiators, mediators and arbitrators, and executive coaches. Some situations can be handled with one hat, while many need several.

HR Atlantic is active in our Atlantic community – our team members serve on many boards of local community groups and charitable organizations that deal with everything from low income seniors and schools to welcoming newcomers to PEI, and volunteer firefighting. We’re proud to be known as a founding member of the Atlantic Canada Chapter of the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO).
