HR | Atlantic - Positive Change at Work

Emily is a Consultant at HR Atlantic providing labour relations support and expertise to clients.

Emily assists our clients with negotiations, arbitrations and other labour and employment needs. She understands that each situation deserves its own creative solution. She advises clients on the duty to accommodate and human rights. Emily also conducts Workplace Investigations and Workplace Assessments.

Emily studied law at the University of New Brunswick after working in the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Senate of Canada. She has a Master of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Emily enjoys being involved in her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Tremploy Inc. and the Charlottetown Film Society. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and participates in the Labour and Employment and Criminal Justice PEI Sections.

When not in the office, Emily enjoys cooking and tackling a new home renovation project.
