One of HR Atlantic’s founders, Frank has experience as a teacher, and a labour relations leader in the private sector.
He’s negotiated several hundred collective agreements for clients as a seasoned management side negotiator and labour relations consultant.
An entrepreneur in his own right, Frank readily understands the business concerns of his clients and he works tirelessly on their behalf. Frank successfully negotiates workable collective agreements in situations where the organizations find themselves in challenging circumstances.
Frank has A Bachelor of Education Degree (1982), and A Bachelor of Arts Degree (1970) – both from the University of Prince Edward Island.
When he’s not at the negotiating table, you may find Frank walking, running, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. He loves to travel with his wife in search of new places, new sights, and new flavours.
