EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS

Performance Management Advice

Managers at every level tell us that responding appropriately to employee behaviour at the workplace is some of their most challenging and frustrating work. Each employee situation is unique, so it’s our responsibility to listen and work with all parties to understand; what is really going on; what is triggering certain behaviours; and what is the workplace impact of that behaviour.

Performance expectations are not always clear, and effective performance feedback is not always provided in the workplace. Managers tell us that they don’t understand why their people won’t perform as expected. We do.

We work with the manager to determine how best to respond appropriately. Our step by step approach provides only as much assistance as is required for each unique situation.
