As a labour relations leader in the private sector, Frank is a seasoned negotiator and labour relations consultant. Since HR Atlantic opened its doors, he has negotiated several hundred collective agreements for clients. As an entrepreneur himself, Frank understands the business needs and concerns of clients and works tirelessly to ensure those needs are met. He is well versed in labour relations issues and helps organizations successfully navigate what can be very challenging circumstances.

Frank received a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Prince Edward Island.

When not at the negotiating table, Frank enjoys walking, running and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. He loves to travel with his wife in search of new places, new sights and fantastic flavours.
