International Women’s Day
Studies show that women’s rights and economic development coincide. Working in a woman-led firm, with women having greater numbers at the ownership table and in the staff lunch room, we enjoy the richness of our workplace culture, the depth of our values, and appreciate the rewards of smart work. HRA celebrates the contributions of every individual in our firm, and we can do that because we know ‘we’ve come a long way’ — and still have a ways to go.
