The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. The position acts as a liaison between the Board, clients, employees and other agencies. The Executive Director is responsible and accountable for implementation of the mission, the managing of day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellence in the delivery of all Tremploy programs and services, which includes the Career Bridges program.
Position requires an undergraduate degree and management experience or comparable education and progressive experience in a senior management role. This role demands exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills. This position requires having the ability to establish and maintain positive and respectiful working relationships with others in an versatile, changing work environment.
The ideal candidate has well developed skills in public relations, human resources, finance, administration, policy development and program management. The candidate has demonstrated success in building strong working relationships with funding agencies and other stakeholders, and has experience in the not-for-profit sector and working with a Board of Directors.
