Neutral Third-Party Investigation

In response to allegations of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behaviours, our certified and experienced workplace investigators will conduct a workplace investigation to make findings of fact under the governing policy and recommendations for resolution.

Workplace complaints are some of the most challenging issues to deal with in a workplace. Knowing how to get the information you need while being fair and sensitive to the needs of your employees is not always easy. The process itself must be procedurally fair and thorough to ensure an appropriate outcome.

We advise clients on how they should undertake an investigation in response to a variety of circumstances including allegations of bullying or psychological harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour or misconduct. 

Our investigators bring either their experience as a senior HR practitioner or as a lawyer to their investigative process. We ensure a confidential, procedurally fair process culminating in factually based investigation findings and a comprehensive investigation report to clearly articulate the outcome. We care about restoration in the workplace post investigation and can provide recommendations and other services to support post investigation restoration of workplace relationships.
