Emily assists our clients with negotiations, arbitrations and other labour and employment needs. She understands that each situation deserves its own creative solution. She advises clients on the duty to accommodate and human rights. Emily also conducts Workplace Investigations and Workplace Assessments.

Emily studied law at the University of New Brunswick after working in the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Senate of Canada. She has a Master of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Emily enjoys being involved in her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Tremploy Inc. and she is the PEI Chair of the Women Lawyers Forum through the Canadian Bar Association.

Emily lives in Charlottetown with her husband Tom, daughter Zoe and dog Leo.
