Lyndsay has a natural affinity for conflict resolution and applies a restorative approach to her work whenever possible. She is an exceptional listener and has a keen ability to make people feel comfortable and heard. A certified Workplace Investigator since 2017, Lyndsay has significant expertise acting as a neutral in conducting workplace consultation/assessments and investigations in a variety of workplaces across Canada. As a Senior Consultant, Lyndsay provides support to our clients on issues related to human rights, labour relations, policy development, and workplace conflict. Lyndsay values healthy work and team culture and has stepped into the field of facilitating groups to achieve positive outcomes. Our clients trust her ability to be observant and thorough, while providing them with efficient assistance on issues in the workplace.
Lyndsay received her law degree from Dalhousie University after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Prince Edward Island. With her law degree, Lyndsay completed a Health Law and Policy Specialization. She is also a certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor through the Canadian Mental Health Association, and is passionate about various aspects of health and wellness. In her leisure time, Lyndsay enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.
