Charlene has a broad range of corporate and industrial human resources, safety and executive leadership experience. Her consultant practice focuses on leadership coaching, alternative dispute resolution, team culture building and organizational change management. Her focus is on helping small and large teams find sustainable solutions to their organizational challenges.
Charlene has a Master of Science (A) from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) from Dalhousie University. She is a PROSCI certified change management leader with a Certificate in Organizational Development Fundamentals from Queen’s University and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from University of Windsor. She holds the designation of a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and the credentials of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC).
She currently sits on the MedicAlert Foundation of Canada Board as their Vice Chair and the International Coaching Federation Atlantic Sector as their Director of Membership.
