As the newest member of the HR Atlantic team, Katherine brings more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the public, private and post-secondary sectors. Her experience is very wide-ranging and includes strategically leading and developing strong HR teams, building and maintaining solid and resilient employee and labour relations, conflict resolution and workplace investigations.

Well known for being an objective and approachable consultant and coach, Katherine excels in understanding complex issues and assists others on how to foster and improve their workplace relationships.

Katherine has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Political Science, and has been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources since 2007.

In her leisure time, Katherine can be found either rug-hooking, reading or cheering on the Blue Jays during baseball season.
